Following our ten step process we work together to deconstruct your business, ensuring we bring the outside-in. We then reconstruct the business, developing the “Right Strategy” for your organisation for the next 3 years and an Implementation Plan focused on getting the “fly-wheel” moving in the right direction over the next 12 months.
12 months
In addition to completing the Leading Strategy™ Program outlined above, the Business Transformation Program includes the creation of your organisations Advisory Board. Acting as inaugural Chair, Lead Your Industry works with you to create the right Advisory Board to amplify organisational capability and to provide an accountability framework to ensure implementation of your strategy.
